Comprehensive campus transformation through a $1.4 billion expansion featuring a seven-story, 500,000-square-foot ICU and Emergency Services Pavilion with 140 ICU beds, expanded emergency care, new operating rooms, and a rooftop helipad. Scope also includes a Central Utility Plant and Campus Connector Building to support campus-wide infrastructure and connectivity.
